Exam Cancellation, Transfer and “No Show” Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an examination appointment if your cancellation notice is received 2 days before the scheduled examination by 4pm with PSI. For Cancellation and Transfer fees, please contact ISCD Certification Department. A transfer request form must be completed and returned to ISCD with payment information. To cancel your exam please contact ISCD prior to your scheduled exam by email. The email must include a cancellation reason and a copy of your cancellation confirmation letter from PSI. Exam Cancellation, Transfer and “No Show” Policy: (All Fees are in US Dollars) Cancellation fee is $75.00. No Show’s for scheduled exams will not be refunded or transferrable. The examinee will have to submit a new application to sit for the exam.

ISCD Annual Meeting Attendance Cancellation Policy

All changes in registration must be made in writing to annualmeeting@iscd.org. Cancellations received by January 31, 2021 are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after January 31, 2021 will not be refunded.

ISCD does not assume responsibility for registrants’ travel or hotel expenses. ISCD recommends that attendees consider travel insurance to cover travel reimbursement in the event of event cancellation.

Membership Refunds

Membership dues are not refundable and are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor for details.  
Note: Your ISCD membership is individual. If your company paid for your membership and you leave that company, your membership follows you. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current, especially when changing jobs or addresses. You may login to your ISCD profile at any time to make changes to contact information and communication preferences.

Education and Course Refund Policies

Attendance Cancellation Policy

All changes in registration must be made in writing to education@iscd.org. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund minus $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of the course will not be refunded.

Travel Cancellations Disclaimer

ISCD does not assume responsibility for registrants’ travel or hotel expenses. ISCD recommends that transportation arrangements be made no sooner than 21 days before the course date.
