Comments: All vertebrae are excluded. Calcified ribs overlay L1 and L2, while surgical clips overlay L2 and L3. A vertebroplasty is evident at T12. Radiographs demonstrate an L3 compression fracture, the calcified ribs and surgical clips, and also show multilevel facet osteoarthritis and L4-L5 spondylolisthesis.
