Comments: Focal structural anomalies affect all vertebrae; a calcified rib overlies the L1 vertebral body. DXA images show osteophytosis at all levels; calcification spanning L3 and L4 suggests aortic calcification. Low T-scores at the total hip (-3.9) and 33% radius (-6.8) confirm a densitometric diagnosis of osteoporosis.
