Comments: We excluded L1 through L3 for both focal structural anomalies and T-score discrepancies. A calcified aorta spans L2-L3. A large anterior/inferior osteophyte is present at L2. As three vertebrae are not interpretable, the entire lumbar spine is excluded from the DXA report.
