Comments: All vertebrae appear abnormal. VFA images confirm L1 and L2 compression fractures; the 3rd vertebral body demonstrates anterior osteophytes accounting for the superior endplate sclerosis apparent on DXA. As three vertebrae are not interpretable, the entire lumbar spine is excluded from the DXA report.
