Comments: L3 and L4 are excluded because of focal structural anomalies and a T-score discrepancy. Spine radiographs demonstrate L3 and L4 facet osteoarthritis. Although L2 contains a focal structural anomaly, the L1-L2 T-score is reported, as information regarding a densitometric diagnosis of osteoporosis may be useful to the referring clinician.
