Comments: Structural anomalies are present in all vertebrae, which on radiographs are due to facet osteoarthritis and anterior spondylolisthesis. The lowest hip T-score was -2.1 at the left femoral neck. Hip T-scores in combination with a low-trauma wrist fracture led to a diagnosis of osteoporosis.
