DXA Report Examples
ISCD has compiled Examples and Samples of various skeletal health assessment reports that meet the ISCD Official Positions. These are meant to be used as a tool to develop your own report template and highlights the material that should be included in a report. These samples and examples should be altered based on clinical judgement, and any Federal, State or local regulations and local facility preferences. Additional samples and examples will be posted here as they become available via the education council and the ISCD regional panels.
